I saw this in Nuwaraeliya Kandy road In Sri Lanka. I think the driver over speeded and didn't take the turn properly. The car and driver didn't have injuries. The road has a steep hill climb where the altitude increase from 4000 feet to 8000 feet in just 50kms.
